We offer book concept development, ghostwriting, editing, design, publishing, launch and marketing services, as well as free and paid sessions such as masterclasses. The exact scope, timeline and fees of any paid project are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority over these terms.

We work hard to make every book successful, but sales, rankings (including Amazon bestseller status), media coverage and business results depend on many factors outside our control. Examples and testimonials on this website describe real outcomes for specific authors and are not a promise of the same result.

You keep ownership of the ideas, stories and material you share with us. Once a project is fully paid, the rights to the finished manuscript belong to you as set out in your agreement. You confirm that material you give us does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The text, design, images and logos on this website belong to Dinesh Verma Publishing or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Fees, payment schedules and refund conditions for paid services are stated in your proposal or invoice. Free sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled; registered attendees will be informed.

The website and its free resources are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
