Privacy Policy

When you fill in a form on this website (for example the contact form, a masterclass registration or a free book request) we receive the details you type in, such as: • your name, email address and phone number • your company and the message you send us

We only ask for what we need to reply to you and to deliver what you asked for.

To understand how the website is used we record simple, anonymous visit statistics: • the pages you view and how long you stay • the website or campaign that sent you here • your device type, browser, screen size, language and time zone

A random visitor number is stored in your browser so repeat visits are not counted twice. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not record your IP address in our statistics.

• to answer your enquiry and talk to you about our publishing services
• to send you the resources or session details you requested
• to improve the website and our services
• to meet legal and accounting obligations

We never sell your personal information.

Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers, who process it only on our instructions. We may share it with team members and trusted partners who help deliver your book project, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to run our business relationship with you, and visit statistics for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.
